Embrace is the act of holding someone closely in one’s arms, especially as a sign of affection, love or sympathy or greeting or goodbye. The concept was to produce an expression of embrace in sculpture (in the round/Free standing figure) with height 30cm.
My work covered the concept of a Ghanaian traditional home where Daddy is always out and about trying to meet ends- meat. And when he returns in the evening the kids rush to meet him at the door with a big hug.
Terra-Cotta finished in Gold, 30cm.
